I have both of my parents, but the cost is double the price, double the extra charge, double everything. Instead of one and a half times, it’s a full double. In my mind, the add-on should only be half as much, not twice as much, but that’s not how it works.

Arbor Terrace Willistown is very clean and very pleasing. They're working with my mom to see what she can and can't eat. They're doing the best they can with that.
The place seemed to be kept up, but because of COVID you're limited to where you can go. The area is pretty nice and it's close to shops and places, so it's convenient. They were very accommodating, even the person we met that took us on the tour. They gave us a little cupcake, and it was delicious. Then we saw the dining room that looked more like a little restaurant. I was impressed with the pricing of the one-bedroom apartment. I hadn't seen anything less than or the same amount in some of the other facilities that we looked at. But our community is more than just a lovely building.

The building is nicely decorated and well lit. There's room for improvement in the overall cleanliness; the wood floors need cleaning and the common bathrooms never seem sterile. I have visited what is now known as Arbor Terrace. The staff is quite accommodating and nice. The facility is nice, clean, and well kept. I talked to some of the residents, and they seem to like it.
